Introduction

So, you want to run better?

You’ve been running for a while now and have got to the point where you’re just not progressing.

I get it, I really do. That was me just a few years ago and I went from pillar to post trying to find the best way to get faster and feel less tired afterwards. But, with a busy life, nothing seemed to work without having to put hours and hours of effort in.

The simple truth is, for runners like you and me, the “usual” way of coaching and “systems” just don’t work very well. And the reason is that we are all unique and there is no such thing as a one-size fits-all approach when it comes to running.

Let me share some of my running journey with you – I hope it helps to set the foundation as we keep moving forward.

I have written this guide to help you navigate to the most efficient, simple and effective way to improve your running – or at least what I believe in my experience as a runner and as a coach, is the right way: to make easier and longer lasting changes so you can be faster, more resilient and keep on enjoying running.
